REALITY ABOUT REALITY SHOWS IN TELUGU CHANNELS !

This was a very good post from a discussion on reality shows in orkut, its pros and cons to the society...

Coming to the topic singing shows were good because seniors and eligible people use to come and are coming as judges.So they know what is our language ,tradition,values,etc and they encouraged those who came up with nice songs other than these meaning less club and mass songs(until ,unless they have a special round for this)so they were totally decent and entertaining most of the time.
But they started conducting for children below the age group of 15 which is really a bit dangerous cos as someone already said it is amounting to a lot of pressure on children they need to practice day and night and the channels sponsors announcing alot of prize money etc parents are becoming crazy that their ward should be the final winner irrespective of his interest and talent.Ultimately the children are the loosers .They are loosing their most memorable and enjoyable childhood.

They are creating a false illusion to the audience or aspirants that if we win in a reality show we will be going places in near future,etc but one must understand that its just a step to get a chance and a bit of stardom, but not true success, cos true success never comes in a day or an year.

Coming to the dance shows they are not at all good according to me



In many a dance shows most of the time the songs for which the contestants perform are songs with a mass beat/club songs.
I rarely find performance for a good melodious song with good meaning in lyrics and chance/scope for expression.
And here after the interference of choreographers from movies ,it has become much worse ,when the contestant whom the choreographers have trained losses in the competition they start over reacting particularly in the DEE program in ETV.

And the kind of dressing is really worse even the lady contestants.
And its more dangerous that children are being encouraged to do these programs.
Parents are not thinking about the dressing of their children .
I don't know the exact word in english(asbhyakaramaina dustulu)

Some one is saying why if we donot like them other lower class people are liking them.
I would like to say one thing for those who support these kind of programs which are creating a lot of negative impact on our culture.

Every person in our country thinks of improvement in the lifestyle of his and their next generations, which is really appreciable but then why not these people are not thinking about inculcating better and rich culture which we had in our past?

Along with the improvement in the financial position there must be improvement in the culture ,tradition ,ethics of the family but not degradation .But the latter is happening now in India

CORRUPT LEADERS... CORRUPT PEOPLE !

Having seen appeasements, publicity stunts, not matter all talk from many parties in 2009 elections, this is what I felt !

-People bash at politicians for giving money during elections, but they never speak with others about not to accept money !! They feel happy when they get money.

- People laugh when one politician speaks about other and comments that system has become bullshit, but they never stop watching the tamasha and never attempt for a change !!

- Our media portrays every absurd logic to increase their TRP ratings, but people never neglect them !!

-People never check the overall manifesto... they always hear the boons given by govt. during election times.... and they never check about the efficiency with which the manifesto was maintained in their tenure ! They rarely monitor change.

- People seldom think about overall development, they think of developing their own community.

I feel that there must be a school/system/schedule to educate about the development done and to remove such ignorance !
